You’ll meet with a designer to create your dream pool, perfect for your yard. Once the contract is signed, the design is converted into an engineering print and a permitting package. We will take care of all forms needed for the city or county and any forms needed for your HOA. Once approved, construction begins. The construction phases are Layout, Dig, Gunite, Plumbing, Tile work, Deck work including Footers if needed, screen enclosure if applicable, and finally final interior finish.

There are many factors that determine the schedule including permitting. We find in many locations permitting can take from 3 to 8 weeks, if a state permit is required for certain locations like coastal construction zones that can take longer. After permitting, from dig to finish our pools are being built in 3 to 6 months.
